Primary Key Fields.

Q4.

  1.  Name two possible primary key fields for an Employee table.
  2. How do the Text and Memo field types differ from each other? Explain with the help of an example.

Ans 1. Employee_ID and Employee_PAN_Number are two possible primary key fields for an Employee table.

Ans 2.  The Text data type field allows the user to enter textual data of a specified length. On the other hand, the Memo data type allows the user to store large textual data up to 2 GB. For example, in the Product table, the product name can be stored in the field with the Text data type, but the product description information cannot be stored in the field with the Text data type. To store such type of information, the Memo data type is used.
