Q48. Differentiate between job evaluation and merit rating.

  1.  Job evaluation is the assessment of job while merit rating is the assessment of employees.
  2. Objectives of job evaluation is to determine the wages structure of a job and objective of merit rating is the determination of wages of each worker.
